Mindfulness Retreat
in the Thich Nhat Hanh tradition
at Nazareth
Thursday June 19 - Saturday June 21
Teachers: The retreat will be led by
monastics from Plum Village, the home monastery of Thich Nhat
Hanh, in France: Sister Jina and Brother Phap An, accompanied
by Sister Steadiness and Brother Phap Minh, with the participation
of lay spiritual teachers from the Mindfulness Communities
abroad.
Teachings: The teachings will be in English,
with translation into Hebrew and Arabic as required.
Place: St. Gabriel’s Hotel, Nazareth. St. Gabriel's
is a former monastery located in the valley between
the Arab and Jewish neighborhoods.
Costs: Per person (inclusive), 2-5 per room (2 nights):
$100 / Euro 90
What to bring to the retreat: Toiletries, shampoo
(bed linen, towels and soap provided). Loose, comfortable
clothing, allowing for cool evenings. A favorite cushion for
meditation.
To register: Since the retreat is coming up soon,
we encourage you to fill out and send in the registration
form immediately, and pay in person at the retreat
itself. The registration form is in Microsoft Word format,
so that you only need to download it, fill in the boxes in
Microsoft Word, and email it as an attachment to Being Together.
